EDIT at 12:45 pm: I binged. njuwghiuwegnjdsnguwhguwre wtf?! i dont even know.. Im home alone babysitting my 2 youngest sibings and my mom just bought ALOT of good food and you know that feeling when your home alone? lk theres no one watching you.. so i was like.. ok il eat up to 1000 calories and then not eat anything else today. so i counted everything i ate and i ate about 1400 calories..

So i freaked out and drank like 5 big cups of water and went and purged..
Blah. im such a mess. So i purged right after i ate so i think i got everything out.. i sure hope so.

Im making myself some green tea right now i my stomach calms down. I just had another Alli diet pill, so hopefully hopefully hopefully i dont gain tomorrow. its all out right?

When my brother gets home i plan to go to our hall and dance for a few hours to burn some extra calories. and also i plan to take a long walk tonight.

*sigh*

what do you girls usually do when you binge? is this enough? share some tips please!!!!!!!

Drinking a gallon of water then going on a coffe fast UGGGGGGGGG I need control Did well yesterdsay was down to 300 cal then had to go to a freinds house today UGGGGGGGGGGGG FLushed tolite and ran sink to cover up hope it worked drinking a hhalf cup of Viniger for me at least it causes Diarreha so anything left will just come out the other end drinking more water to make up

hey all
im going soo well on my new 500 calorie a day diet its really working for me and i love the feeling of knowing that i havnt b een pigging out all day. i dont purge as much anymore but when i slip up i do. my friends are pressuring me so thats pretty bad but i can handle that lol. the only bad thing is my dad is a chef and he comes home from work for 7 weeks im soooo scared hes going to find out. does anyone have any advice at all?

So there is the final update... Over the past day we have processed around 11 million jobs out of the 12 million that were in queue at that time. Please bear in mind that over this past day, more jobs for notifications are also created. So while the queue has been dropping, we are still not fully caught up at this point, due to backlog and new jobs. We have roughly 3 million jobs still pending that involve the notification system in some manner. We had hoped we could have fully cleared the queue in a day, but unfortunately we can't clear it too quickly, since we need the rest of the site to operate normally. From our current perspective on the amount of jobs that are left in queue, and how many it has processed thus far, we believe it will take around another 8 - 12 hours to process everything.

Oh shit. I've gained so much weight over like.. what? 2 weeks?! Okay, maybe not 2 weeks, it has been starting over a month ago, and I freaking hate it! At the moment I weigh 128lbs and I'm only 5'5 tall!? And I just keep asking my self; "HOW THE HELL DID THIS HAPPEN?!" But I know how it happened.. I've been eating like a freaking pig! And my bones are almost gone, and I just keep looking back at the time where I weighed 120lbs. Yea, I know it's not so much less, but in my head it just seems like this huge difference. I just need to not eat.
